A seventeen-year-old boy arrested by police in connection with an alleged plot to blow up airliners has made a second appearance in court.
The youth is charged with possessing articles useful to a person preparing terrorism acts, allegedly including a book on bombs and suicide notes.
A bail application was turned down by City of Westminster Magistrates Court.
The teenager’s solicitor Gareth Peirce indicated he would plead not guilty.
A 23-year-old mother of an eight-month-old baby, Cossar Ali also appeared in court for a second time.
She was remanded in custody until September 5th when her lawyers intend to make a bail application.
She is also charged under the Terrorism Act, with failing to disclose information.
A third person, Mehran Hussain, 23, who was not in court, was remanded in custody until September 19th, charged with failing to disclose information.
Another man, Umair Hussain, 24, has been remanded in custody until September 1st, accused of failing to disclose information.
Eight of the 24 people arrested after raids on 10th August are still being held without charge, while four have been released without charge.

His film, shot at night, featured ‘high profile’ sights including Big Ben, the London Eye and Park Lane hotels.
He said the video had been shot as a tourist souvenir and that footage of him saying leaders, including Tony Blair, should be ‘slayed’ had been meant as a joke.

Savage assault on Balata camp
Two Palestinian fighters were killed yesterday when Israeli forces launched air and land attacks on the Balata refugee camp in the occupied West Bank.
Israeli helicopter gunships fired four missiles at the roof of a building in the refugee camp in Nablus where two fighters were positioned.
At the same time, ground forces shot at them.
Hani Hashash, 20, and Ibrahim Siba, 25, leading members of al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades in Nablus, were killed and two Israeli soldiers were slightly wounded.
The al-Aqsa Martyrs Brigades is an armed wing associated with the Fatah faction headed by Mahmoud Abbas, the Palestinian president.
Clashes also erupted in al-Quraan and al-Hashasheen neighbourhoods in the camp in the West Bank city.
Five other Palestinians were injured, two of them critically, in an Israeli air strike on Gaza City.
